Owlbear Crossbody Plush Purse Bag Preorder FAQ (Ended)

Preorders ended on the 8th of March 2025.

ESTIMATED PRODUCTION TIMELINE*:

Manufacturing period: Mid-March - End of May
Delivery & Quality Control: Early June - Late June
Packaging and Shipping: Late June Onwards


Etsy shop reopening with leftover stock: Tentatively in October

This FAQ will be available for your reference even after the preorder period ends. Please read it before placing your order!

 

Preorder Timeline and Fulfillment:

 

Q1: When will the preorder period end?

A1: The preorder period ends on the 8th of March ( Saturday) 12am, Singapore Time (GMT+8).

Q2: When will my item ship and how will I know when it is shipped?

A2: The purses are estimated to ship from August 2025 onwards. Your item will be marked as shipped and you will receive a tracking number for your parcel through the email you provide at check out.

A3: Do you ship to EU and North Ireland addresses?

Q3: Yes I do, but only for preorders! EU and NI addresses will have their orders packed and fulfilled by my shipping partner in China. Standard shipping will be delivered with CNE and express shipping with Fedex!

 

Q4: If I miss the preorder period, will there be a restock in your etsy shop later?

A4: I will restock my etsy shop with any extra purses from this preorder. Grade A purses will be prioritized for preorder buyers, and the remaining Grade A and less perfect purses will be sold on my etsy shop. 

Q5: Where can I follow general updates about the plush purse or the Etsy store opening?

A5: I will share updates on my social media channels (twee_doodles on Instagram and Twitter), you can also follow my Etsy store ahead of the store reopening.

 

Q6: Help! I am moving before/ during the shipping period and I need to change my address/ contact information.
A6: Please contact me if you are moving between August-October of 2025 to provide me with your updated address! If I deliver to an outdated address and the purse is returned to me I am not obliged to send it back. On top of that, any extra shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

 

Q7: Why is there a limit of 3 purses per order?
A7: The shipping cost for more than 3 purses per package will increase significantly due to the accumulated weight. If you would like to arrange for a bigger order/group order feel free to reach out to my email before placing your order!

 

Q8: Where can I contact you about my order or if I have urgent enquiries?
A8: You may reach me via (email), please give me 1-3 working days to respond to any enquiries.

 

SHIPPING DISCLAIMERS:

✦ Do take note that when your parcel arrives at your country, you may be charged VAT, additional tax, tariffs, custom fees or levies for your purchase.

 

✦ For buyers from the USA and UK, we now have door-to-door tracking! But take note that at the moment, there is also no insurance for missing parcels shipped under the standard shipping service. For full insurance coverage and shipping under 6 business days, you may opt for express shipping with Fedex!

 

✦ For buyers from Canada, regular shipment with tracking from Singpost will end when the parcel arrives in your country. Canada Post will be handling your parcel and you may contact them if you need help locating your parcel.

 

✦ Some countries such as Mexico may require you to pick up your parcel from your local post office, so please be aware of how your country handles international mail!

 

✦ If you want time to reship any returned mail (due to wrong or insufficient address/ no claim), any additional shipping fees will be borne by you the customer.

 

✦ All express/expedited shipping (delivery within 2-6 working days worldwide) will be handled by Fedex and will feature doorstep-to doorstep tracking.

 

✦ If any parcel gets lost in transit, I cannot be financially responsible for it as it is the shipping services' responsibility to get it to the recipient. :(

 

✦As all orders to EU/NI will be packed and fulfilled by my shipping partner in China, there may be some differences in the packing style and handling of the parcel compared to my previous orders. But rest assured that the quality inspection and handling of your order will still be our biggest priority!

 

Refunds:


✦ All orders are final, I do not issue refunds unless: 

1) The shipped item is damaged in transit because of my negligence.
2) I sent the wrong or missing item to you.



✦ If you need to change your plushie order to something of the same or higher value, please contact me within 48 hours of making your purchase. I will try to get to your enquiry within 1-3 working days.

Exchanges/ replacements:


✦ Exchanges are only allowed if there is a major defect or accessory defect. Please contact me via (email) and send me photos+ video evidence for me to gauge the severity of the defect.


✦ Major defects include torn parts, stained or damaged design on the plushies. In this instance, I will replace the plushie and cover the shipping cost for the replacement.


✦ An accessory defect would be considered a minor defect, and I will replace only the accessory. I will also cover the shipping cost for this replacement.
