SG Presale FAQ (Ended)
This FAQ will be available for your reference even after the presale period ends. Please read it before placing your order!
Singapore-only Presale Period Order Fulfillment:
Q1: How long is the Singapore-only presale period?
A1: This special presale will only last from 14th September (10am SGT) until 16th September (12am SGT).
Q2: When will my item ship and how will I know when it is shipped?
A2: This is a preorder presale, and the plushies will ship from mid-November onwards. You will be contacted via the email you provided upon checkout!
Q3: When will these 10cm plushies be available for international buyers?
A3: The 10cm plushies will be available as ready stock in early November alongside other merchandise. The Singapore presale pricing and perks will not apply by then.
Q4: Where can I follow general updates about the plushies or the Etsy store opening?
A4: I will share updates on my socials (twee_doodles on Instagram and Twitter), you can also follow my Etsy store ahead of the store reopening.
Q5: Where can I contact you about my order?
A5: You may reach me via (email), please give me 1-3 working days to respond to any enquiries.
Q6: What happens if I purchase these presale plushies despite not having a Singaporean address/ not living in Singapore?
A6: These presale plushies are for Singapore residents/ addresses only, shipments outside of Singapore will have their order rejected and refunded!
You may use a proxy service to buy these plushies but be sure they are trusted, as it will not be my responsibility to ensure they get those plushies to you.
Refunds:
All presales are final, no refunds are allowed.
If you need to change your plushie order to something of the same or higher value, please contact me within 48 hours of making your purchase. I will try to get to your enquiry within 1-3 working days.
Exchanges/ replacements:
Exchanges are only allowed if there is a major defect or accessory defect. Please contact me via (email) and send me photos+ video evidence for me to gauge the severity of the defect.
Major defects include torn parts, stained or damaged design on the plushies. In this instance, I will replace the plushie and cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
An accessory defect would be considered a minor defect, and I will replace only the accessory. I will also cover the shipping cost for this replacement.
Returns:
If the plushie has a small defect, I would appreciate it if you can contact me mail it back to my address as it can be resold as B-grade product! I will cover the shipping cost for the return.
